1. PK/PVPing
This is a PK & PVP game. However, if one player follows another player around constantly & continuously PK’s them then that is a form of harassment & not tolerated. If that occurs please provide the GMs with evidence <Fraps or SS> & the harassing player will be dealt with.
(For our Cabal server, ONLY if a player enters Jail from PK & continues to PK you after he exits, that player will receive a temporary ban.
2. Discrimination warnings
No discrimination, racist comments or moves are allowed.
Temporary ban, if it continues a permanent ban will be given to the offender.
3. Hacks & bugs exploits
No hacks or bug exploits are allowed in Cabal. Any player found using a hack system or abusing a bug will be punished. Bugs must be reported immediately to any Unlimited Cabal Staff member.
Permanent ban.
4. Buying items with real money.
It is not allowed in Cabal Cure to trade items for real money & any player found doing so will be punished immediately. (This includes the buying & selling of accounts.)

5. Scamming
It is very difficult to verify scams. Therefore, the only action a Cabal Staff member will do, if scam is verified & has enough evidence, is to ban the scammer. No items will be returned to the scammed player.

6. Accounts
The only & real owner of any Cabal Cure account is the owner of the mail registered when the Cabal account was inscribed in our Database. If a player's account was hacked, keylogged, scammed, etc, the only possible action to recover it is to use the password recovery system. The system will send a new password to the e-mail registered to the account. If no real mail was inscribed or the player has forgot the address, the account is lost forever.
7. Using a GM name or impersonating a Staff member
To choose a nick name in game alike any Game Master official name is not allowed. If during any Database search a character is found with a GM name, it will be deleted & the account banned without warning. Impersonating a GM or a Staff member ingame will be punished too.

8. Appropriate Language
In game, being an international server, each player have these rights to use their own language to be able & contact another players in game. However only english is allowed in /L chat.

9. Innappropriate Language
Insults & offensive words are not allowed. This includes nicknames of characters & pets.
One day ban. Permanent ban if a character's nickname.
10.Advertising.
Advertisement in any kind of way about other servers, scamming sites & keylogging sites are extremely prohibited. By breaking this rule will result in a hard punishment.

11. Respect the GM's
As the authority of the game, & as the ones working exclusive for the players outside & inside the game community, the Game Masters deserve all the respect & good treatment you can offer to them, in same way, the Game Masters will respect you, & support you, as every player deserve. Player killing & questioning a GM will not be allowed. If players need to make a request, they must do in a proper way.
Player disconnect or one week ban if the attitude persists.
12. Help us keep a clean server!
We have a special section for the user to denounce in-game abuses &/or cheaters. It's a private section where you can post & view only your own thread with total confidentiality.
13. 3rd party tools.
Any kind of 3rd party tool is NOT allowed, you will get banned without any question.
Permanent ban.
14. Building in Tierra Gloriosa.
Building over 500,000 or just to gain the Bringer title is NOT allowed in Tierra Gloriosa, build to help your team, not just spamming towers for yourself! You will get banned for 7 Days without any question.
3 Day Ban.
